Remodelling in London
Kitchen, bathroom and whole-home remodels in every London borough. The figures below come from official housing data.
Remodelling across all London boroughs
We take on remodelling projects in houses and flats across Greater London.
Kitchen remodels in Victorian terraces often mean moving the kitchen into the old dining room. In flats, remodelling usually involves freeholder or managing-agent consent and careful sound insulation, and many families want the ground floor opened into one sociable space.
We walk through the remodel with you at home, anywhere in London.

Flat or house?
Flats and maisonettes averaged £424,000 in London in July 2026, compared with £642,000 for a terraced house, according to the UK House Price Index. Flats also made up 55.9% of London dwellings in 2021. [1] [2]
Open-plan in listed homes
Removing walls in a listed building is an alteration that can affect its character, so it usually needs listed building consent. London has about 19,000 list entries. [3] [4]
Owners and landlords
London had a home ownership rate of 46.8% in 2021, with 30.0% of households renting privately, so we often remodel rental flats between tenancies. [5]
